Good service is often invisible — you notice it most when everything is exactly how it should be. That's the standard I bring to every home.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked as a butler for a royal family — a role that demanded discipline, discretion, and the highest service standards. Through that experience, I developed a deep understanding of what personalised care at an exceptional level really looks like, which is what drew me to the Lifestyle Manager role.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone's home is about respect, trust, and attention to detail. A home is a very personal space, so I treat it with the same care I'd bring to my own — if not more. It's not just about completing tasks; it's about creating a sense of comfort and order for the person living there.
My edge
Attention to detail, in a very practical and grounded way. I genuinely enjoy noticing the small things that make a space feel right — how something is arranged, how smoothly the day flows. Great service isn't about being flashy; it's about consistency, care, and getting the details right without needing to be asked.
A moment that matters
During a particularly demanding period for the royal household I worked with, I focused on taking as much off their shoulders as possible — quietly preparing everything in advance so their space felt calm and exactly right without them needing to ask. One evening, after a long day, they returned home and paused. One of them said how much lighter they felt just being back. That moment stayed with me.
Something people don't see
A well-run home looks effortless — but behind that is someone constantly thinking three steps ahead. Remembering what needs doing before anyone asks, noticing what's about to run out, planning ahead, managing schedules and small details. It's not just physical work; it's the mental load of keeping everything in its right place.
Off the clock
I value starting the day on my own terms — no alarm, a French press coffee, and time to reflect. Slow home-cooked meals and an unhurried morning. These moments of calm help me bring energy, clarity, and intention to everything that follows.
