A well-managed space changes how people feel. I learned that in offices. I wanted to bring that same attention to somewhere far more personal.
— Aman Verma
Before Pinch
I worked with Corporatedge, a managed office space provider, overseeing day-to-day operations for client offices — coordinating support staff, managing facilities, and ensuring smooth, professional environments. The experience taught me how much the quality of a well-managed space shapes how people feel and work. I wanted to bring that same attention to something even more personal: someone's home.
How I work
Taking care of someone's home means creating a space where they feel completely at ease — organised, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. A home reflects someone's lifestyle and peace of mind. My role is to protect both, by ensuring everything runs quietly and reliably in the background.
My edge
A strong sense of ownership combined with attention to detail. I treat every client's home and lifestyle needs as if they were my own — ensuring nothing is overlooked, whether it's coordinating staff, managing vendors, or catching the small things before they become bigger ones.
A moment that matters
In a previous role, a family with a very demanding schedule needed the home to run with minimal involvement from them. One day, multiple things came up at once — a vendor delay, a last-minute guest arrangement, and some coordination that needed quick thinking. I handled each one in sequence, quietly and without fuss. They arrived home to a space that was completely in order. That seamlessness was the whole point.
Something people don't see
Managing a home well requires far more than keeping things clean or organised. It requires foresight, consistency, and the ability to manage many moving parts quietly and efficiently — anticipating needs before they become problems and coordinating across vendors, schedules, and preferences without the client ever having to step in.
Off the clock
Calm and reset-focused. A slow start, some quiet time, maybe a walk or a good breakfast. I like to come into the week feeling clear.
