When you stay calm, you stay in control. And when you're in control, you can make sure the client never feels the weight of what's behind them.

Before Pinch
I spent years as cabin crew with Vistara, travelling extensively and working closely with people from all walks of life. But being constantly away made me realize I wanted something more rooted — where I could build real, ongoing relationships rather than brief, transactional ones. Joining Pinch felt like the right next step: the same care, but with depth.
How I work
Taking care of someone's home comes naturally to me — it's something I've been doing most of my life. Growing up as the eldest daughter and taking on household responsibilities early taught me what it really means to hold a space together. I bring that same sense of calm, consistency, and genuine care to every household I manage.
My edge
Patience. I've learned that when you stay calm, you stay in control — and when you're in control, you can handle almost anything. It allows me to think clearly, act without rushing, and ensure that clients never feel the weight of what's being managed behind the scenes.
A moment that matters
During a flight, I looked after an elderly woman travelling alone who was anxious and overwhelmed. I helped sort her seating, guided her through meals, and quietly checked on her throughout the journey. By the time we landed, she held my hand and said thank you in a way that needed no further words. That moment has stayed with me — it's the kind of care I try to bring into every home I work with.
Something people don't see
What holds a home together isn't just the visible stuff — the cleanliness, the order, the schedules. It's the relationships: with the household staff, the vendors, the service providers. Managing those dynamics quietly and consistently is what ensures everything else runs smoothly.
Off the clock
I start early, with yoga to reset and feel grounded. Then the day opens up — breakfast with friends, time outdoors, quiet moments at home. My Sundays are intentional but unhurried, and I try to come back to the week feeling genuinely restored.
