How "unlimited" works. Unlimited means we don't count your team's shared requests — bring us everything. To keep your Lifestyle Manager excellent rather than merely busy: we acknowledge any request within an hour and come back with a plan within four (business hours); we keep several tasks active at once (Essentials 5, Core 8, Embedded 12) and simply queue the rest, never refusing them; large open-ended undertakings are scoped as separate projects; and fair use is a conversation, never a penalty.
