We built Pinch on the belief that a relationship grounded in trust should be honourable at every stage — including when it ends. Our refund policy reflects that.
We do not round up. We do not hold back. If you have paid for time you will not use, that money comes back to you — fairly, cleanly, and promptly.
Pinch memberships are booked directly through our website, through your Lifestyle Manager, or by contacting our Customer Success team. To confirm a booking or initiate a new membership, we will ask for:
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a summary via WhatsApp, along with your dedicated Lifestyle Manager's contact details. Any changes to your booking must be communicated directly to your Lifestyle Manager or our Customer Success team.
Membership fees are collected monthly, in advance, on your billing date. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and any other method we make available from time to time.
In addition to your membership fee, any third-party costs incurred on your behalf — vendor invoices, purchases, or bookings made at your request — are billed separately at actuals. These are not subject to this refund policy and are governed by your individual Customer Agreement.
We believe that if you paid for time you did not use, that money belongs to you. Our refund calculation is precise, fair, and does not penalise you for leaving.
Two principles govern how every refund at Pinch is calculated:
Pro-rata at a daily rate — always
If you end your membership before your billing period closes, your refund is calculated on a per-day basis for the unused days remaining. We do not round to the nearest week. We do not apply minimum retention periods. Every unused day is counted and returned.
Discounts are applied to completed periods only
Where a discounted membership rate was offered — for example, a reduced monthly fee in exchange for a longer commitment — that discount was designed to reward loyalty over time. It applies to the time you actually used Pinch. It does not extend to unused time.
In practice: if you received a discounted rate and choose to leave early, we will calculate what the full-price cost of your used period would have been. Your refund will be the amount you paid, minus the standard rate for the time used. The difference is not a penalty — it is the completion of a fair exchange.
Upon termination of your membership, Pinch will:
GST paid on your membership fee is non-refundable, as it is remitted to the government and falls outside our control. Your refund will be calculated on the pre-GST membership amount for the unused period.
All refunds are returned through the original mode of payment, to the individual or entity that made the initial payment. We do not issue refunds to third parties or alternate payment instruments.
Domestic bank accounts
Refunds to Indian bank accounts are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the date the refund is initiated. Actual arrival may vary depending on your bank's processing timelines.
International bank accounts
Refunds to international accounts are typically processed within 10–14 working days. Currency conversion rates and international banking procedures may affect the final amount received.
If you have not received your refund within the stated window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately. Delays are rare, and we take them seriously.
Every Lifestyle Manager and vendor who works within the Pinch network has been screened, verified, and trained to the standards we hold ourselves to. We take responsibility for the quality of service delivered under the Pinch name.
If at any point the conduct of a Pinch team member or partner falls short of what you expect, we want to hear about it immediately. Your feedback directly shapes how we grow and how we improve.
