I personalise things in such detail that it feels like the patron did it themselves. Their version of perfect — not mine — is the standard I work to.

Before Pinch
I've always worked in hospitality — most recently as an Operations Manager at a well-known co-working company. What drew me to Pinch was the concept itself: lifestyle management as a service felt genuinely new, and I knew there would be a lot to learn. That's exactly what I was looking for.
How I work
Taking care of someone's home means personalising everything to their preference — in such detail that it feels like they've done it themselves. It means observing, understanding, anticipating, and acting on what someone needs before they've had to express it. And always, treating the space with the same care you'd bring to your own.
My edge
Problem-solving combined with strong people skills. I'm naturally solution-oriented — I stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and find practical ways through difficult situations without escalating them. I'm also able to communicate and persuade effectively, which means I can hold things together even when different parties involved don't naturally agree.
A moment that matters
In a previous role, there was a colleague who regularly organised celebrations for everyone else but always deflected when asked about her own birthday. When I eventually found out, I coordinated quietly with her team and put together a small surprise celebration. She was genuinely moved. It's a small thing — but it's exactly the kind of noticing and acting that I bring to the households I work with.
Something people don't see
The anticipation and behind-the-scenes coordination that makes a home feel effortless. A well-managed home runs smoothly because someone is constantly noticing patterns, planning ahead, and resolving things before they become visible.
Off the clock
Intentionally unhurried — a late morning, coffee, and a slightly niche playlist (currently Iranian jazz). A book I'm absorbed in. Sometimes getting dressed up for no particular reason, just because it feels good. My Sundays are a ritual, and I protect them.
