Before joining Pinch, I completed my MBA in Luxury Brand Management with international exposure in Italy and gained experience in customer service and client management, where I handled client interactions and coordinated projects effectively.

A moment that matters
In my previous role, I handled a situation where a client’s payment had been pending for over a month, leading to significant frustration due to the lack of resolution.

I took full ownership of the issue, coordinated closely between the client and internal teams, and maintained clear, consistent communication to identify the root cause and resolve it efficiently.

The issue was successfully resolved, and the client felt relieved and satisfied. This experience reinforced the importance of taking initiative and simplifying communication to improve the overall customer experience.
Something people don't see
I believe people often underestimate the level of coordination required to manage a home effectively. It involves handling multiple tasks, managing people, and ensuring everything stays organized and runs on schedule.

Even the smallest details matter, and when everything is managed well, it allows the family to live comfortably without any worries.
Off the clock
On Sundays, I like to spend quality time with my family. We start the day with a pooja, enjoy a meal together, and usually watch a movie in the afternoon.

It’s a simple routine, but I truly value this time to relax and connect with my family.
