Before Pinch
I worked in hospitality and event management, handling guest experience, operations, and client coordination. I've always enjoyed creating seamless experiences for people — and the Lifestyle Manager role felt like a natural progression of that instinct, applied to the most personal setting there is: someone's home.
How I work
To me, it means taking full responsibility — as if the home were my own. Making sure everything runs smoothly, standards are maintained, and the client can step into a comfortable, stress-free environment without having to think about what's behind it.

A moment that matters
A resident had an early morning flight and was anxious about several small things — packing, transport, a minor issue at the property. I handled everything the night before: end-to-end, quietly resolved. The next morning, they left without a single loose end. That ease — and the message I received afterwards — was the whole point.
Something people don't see
The proactive thinking and coordination that prevents problems from ever reaching the client. A well-managed home doesn't just respond to issues — it anticipates them. That's the part no one sees.
Off the clock
