I don't just respond to needs — I stay a step ahead. By the time something is asked for, I've usually already taken care of it.

Before Pinch
I've worked across client-facing and operations roles — admissions counselling, business development, programme coordination — and also ran my own coaching practice. The through-line in all of it has been the same: understanding what someone actually needs and making sure they get it, without friction.
How I work
For me, it means creating a space that runs smoothly and reflects someone's preferences — without them having to worry about the details. Being proactive, thinking ahead, and handling things quietly so the client always feels at ease.
My edge
Anticipation. I don't just respond to needs — I stay a step ahead. By understanding preferences and patterns, I can act before something is asked for, prevent issues from arising, and ensure the experience always feels effortless.
A moment that matters
A client had multiple last-minute requirements all converging on the same day — home, travel, and personal errands. They were visibly overwhelmed. I quickly mapped everything, prioritised, and worked through it all systematically. By the time the day settled, everything was done and they told me they hadn't expected it to come together like that. That kind of trust is what I work towards.
Something people don't see
The constant planning and anticipation that happens behind the scenes. Managing a home well isn't just about completing tasks — it's about staying ahead of them, coordinating multiple moving parts, and making sure nothing reaches the client as a problem.
Off the clock
Slow and intentional. A quiet cup of coffee, some time to reflect or journal, then ease into the day — maybe a workout or a walk. It's my time to come back to myself before the week begins.
