I come from a hospitality and operations background, with experience across client experience, property operations, and service delivery. Over time, I realised that what I enjoy most is the deeply personal side of service — not just managing systems, but genuinely understanding what makes someone's life easier. That realisation brought me to Pinch.
How I work
Taking care of someone's home means taking ownership of their comfort and routine. A well-managed home should feel effortless — where everything works seamlessly without the client having to follow up or worry. I focus on consistency, attention to detail, and understanding preferences deeply enough that the right things happen before anyone has to ask.
My edge
My ability to anticipate needs and gauge urgency. Coming from hospitality, I've learned that the best service is the kind that's already done by the time it's needed. I observe patterns naturally, act proactively, and work to make every client's experience feel smooth and unhurried.
A moment that matters
A client called late at night, distressed because her daughter hadn't arrived home and neither the driver nor her daughter were reachable. It was nearly 11:30 PM. I stayed on the situation continuously — tracking, coordinating, making calls — until her daughter was located and safely home. The client's relief was palpable. That moment reminded me that this work is about far more than logistics.
Something people don't see
Most of the important work happens before anything goes wrong. It's the coordination, the anticipation, the quiet management of many moving parts — all aligned so that the client's day runs without interruption. Prevention, not just response, is what defines a well-managed home.
Off the clock
Unhurried. I like to read, step out for a walk or a late brunch, and give myself time to think. That stillness actually makes me sharper during the week.
