Before Pinch
I was a Resident Manager at Housr Technologies. What drew me to Pinch was the opportunity to work closely with UHNI and HNI clients — and the level of expectation, detail, and care that comes with that. It was a completely new world, and I was motivated by everything I knew there was to learn.
How I work
I treat every home with the same responsibility and attention I'd give my own. My role is to make sure the environment feels comfortable, everything runs smoothly, and the client never has to worry about the day-to-day details. It comes down to three things: trust, reliability, and consistently high standards.
My edge
An eye for detail. I notice things — and I remember them. The small preferences, the unspoken patterns, the things that matter most to someone without them ever having to say so twice.
A moment that matters
During my time in hospitality, the Chief Justice of India visited with his wife. I quietly noted their food and beverage preferences. When they returned, I ensured everything was arranged exactly as before — including a Qawwali performance they had enjoyed. Seeing how much that meant to them reminded me why the small things aren't small at all.
Something people don't see
The coordination that holds everything together — the planning, the communication between staff, and the daily discipline of knowing what's pending before anyone has to ask.
Off the clock
A relaxed day: comfort shows, a favourite meal, and no agenda.
