The ease a client feels isn't accidental. It's the result of a hundred small decisions made quietly, before anyone had to ask.

Before Pinch
I was part of the founding team at Enout, where I led client servicing, sales, and end-to-end event operations. Before that, I headed Customer Success at Yaper and built the customer support function from scratch at Power Gummies.
How I work
A home is a deeply personal space, and being trusted to manage it is not something I take lightly. For me, it means anticipating needs before they're voiced, respecting individual preferences, and ensuring everything runs smoothly without the client ever having to worry. I treat every home with the same care, honesty, and attention I'd bring to my own.
My edge
My ability to connect dots. I naturally pick up on details, patterns, and preferences — and link them together to stay a step ahead. Whether it's anticipating a need, aligning multiple moving parts, or resolving something before it surfaces, I aim for an experience that feels seamless and proactive.
A moment that matters
A patron's family was stranded in a war-affected country with repeated flight cancellations. I worked late into the night — continuously tracking options, rebooking tickets, arranging transport, and coordinating a meet-and-greet for their arrival. When they finally reached home safely, I realised this is exactly the kind of work that matters.
Something people don't see
Most of the work is invisible — and that's the point. Following up with vendors, aligning schedules, tracking preferences, and preventing problems before they arise: when it's done well, nothing feels urgent or out of place. That ease is the result of a lot of quiet planning in the background.
Off the clock
My Sundays are not slow — and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm usually up by 7 AM, starting with a gym session. Then cooking, reading, maybe a DIY project or a bit of gardening. It's my way of being productively present — doing things that leave me energised and ready for the week ahead.
