The smallest details often matter the most. Over time, I've learned to sense what a client needs before they've had to articulate it.

Before Pinch
I've worked as a Concierge at Marriott and as a Lifestyle Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group — one of the world's leading luxury concierge companies. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what truly discerning clients expect, and the discipline to deliver it consistently.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone's home goes far beyond managing a physical space — it's about safeguarding their comfort, trust, and peace of mind. A home is deeply personal, and being entrusted with it is a responsibility I carry with great care. My role is to create the conditions for someone to feel completely at ease in their own space — every day, without exception.
My edge
Anticipation. I don't just respond to needs — I try to stay ahead of them. The smallest details often matter the most in this work, and over time I've developed the ability to sense what a client needs before they've had to articulate it. That quiet readiness is what makes the difference.
A moment that matters
A client had a hectic travel schedule and multiple things at home weren't aligned — delayed deliveries, spaces not fully set up, and an underlying sense of things feeling unsettled. Without being asked, I worked through everything methodically and quietly. By the time they returned, the home was completely in order. They walked in and relaxed. That moment is why I do this.
Something people don't see
How much thought and foresight goes into making everything feel effortless. A well-managed home looks simple on the surface — but behind it is constant attention to detail, advance planning, and a lot of quietly resolved moments that never reach the client.
Off the clock
I tend to catch up on rest and ease into the day slowly. By afternoon, I'm usually heading out for a game of cricket — it's something I genuinely enjoy, and it helps me switch off completely before the week begins again.
