By staying proactive, paying attention to the smallest details, and leading with empathy, I help make everyday life effortless for the people I support.
— Priyanka Sharma
Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked at Craftels India in South Goa, where I handled multiple responsibilities, including operations, training, audits, and social media management. My role was focused on making life easier and more valuable for both internal and external customers. What attracted me to Pinch was its mission to simplify people's lives and create meaningful experiences. From my very first interaction with the team, I felt welcomed and saw a culture built on trust, care, and professionalism, which made me excited to be a part of the journey.
How I work
For me, it's about understanding unspoken needs, anticipating what someone may require, and adding value to their life through thoughtful and selfless care.
My edge
Emotional intelligence and empathy are my greatest strengths. When balanced, they help build meaningful relationships. I believe in actively listening, understanding what isn't said, and connecting the dots to truly understand a person's needs.
A moment that matters
Throughout my career, I've believed that the best support often happens behind the scenes. At Craftels, I noticed an important founder meeting had been missed from the reminders during a busy schedule. I quietly coordinated with the team, ensured all the required documents were prepared, and shared the necessary information before the meeting. Everything went smoothly without any last-minute issues. I never focused on the missed reminder—my priority was simply to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. For me, taking ownership, staying proactive, and solving problems before they grow is what great support is all about.
Something people don't see
Managing time and mental load can be challenging. Having reliable household staff to take care of everyday tasks makes life easier and allows us to focus on what truly matters.
Off the clock
My ideal Sunday starts with catching up on a good 6–8 hours of sleep and doing something that keeps my mind active, like attending a dance workshop. Since adopting my dog, my Sundays have become even more special. I enjoy taking her out to meet other dogs, watching her explore, and spending quality time together. Every day with her teaches me something new.
