Excellence lies in the details that often go unnoticed. Taking ownership, anticipating needs, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly is what truly creates a meaningful impact

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I built my career in the hospitality industry, starting in restaurants and progressing to Manager and Operations Manager roles. I later moved into house management, where I gained valuable experience in managing people, coordinating vendors, and overseeing daily operations. These roles strengthened my hands-on approach and understanding of people’s needs, making my transition to Pinch a natural next step.
How I work
Taking care of someone’s home, for me, means creating a space that feels safe, comfortable, and well-organized. It is about understanding the family’s needs, managing daily responsibilities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. I believe in being hands-on, paying attention to details, and proactively taking care of things so that the family can enjoy peace of mind.
My edge
I believe my biggest strength is being hands-on and genuinely committed to getting things right. My hospitality background has taught me to manage multiple responsibilities, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure. I am always willing to step in and take ownership—if something needs to be done, I focus on finding a solution and getting it done rather than waiting for someone else.
A moment that matters
One moment that has stayed with me was when a family I worked with was going through a particularly stressful time. I quietly took care of the small but important things, allowing them to focus on what mattered most. Later, when one of them told me, “I don’t know what we would have done without you,” it meant more to me than any praise. It reminded me that even small efforts can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Something people don't see
I don’t think people realise how much thought and effort goes into making a home feel like everything is running smoothly. Behind the scenes, there are so many people coordinating tasks, managing supplies, anticipating needs, following up with vendors, and identifying potential issues before they become problems. When it’s done well, most of this work goes unnoticed—and that’s exactly the point: the person living in the home shouldn’t have to worry about any of it.
Off the clock
A perfect Sunday morning for me is pretty simple—sleeping in, playing some good music, and taking my time with everything. I’m a big food lover, so I’ll probably end up cooking something delicious or ordering way more food than I actually need.
