I take full ownership and attention to every detail, caring for a home and its people as responsibly as my own. By staying hands-on and understanding people's needs, I make everyday life easier and more meaningful for those I serve.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked as a Front Office Manager at Mahindra Holidays. I was drawn to this opportunity because it allowed me to combine my hospitality experience with a more personal approach to managing clients’ day-to-day needs. I also saw it as a chance to take on greater responsibility, grow beyond traditional hotel operations, and develop myself in a fast-growing environment.
How I work
Taking care of tasks is simply a responsibility, but taking care of someone’s home is built on trust and belief. For me, managing someone’s home means caring for it with the same sense of responsibility, attention, and dedication as I would my own home.
My edge
I believe my greatest strengths are my attention to detail and sense of ownership. It is not just one quality that makes a difference, but the way I take responsibility and ensure that every task is handled with care and commitment.
A moment that matters
One memorable moment was when I organized a surprise midnight birthday celebration for a member’s spouse in Ooty. It was a last-minute request, and we had only three hours to plan and execute everything. My team and I quickly listed the member’s preferences, assessed what could realistically be arranged within the available time, and planned the celebration accordingly. In the end, we managed to bring everything together just the way the member wanted, making the occasion a wonderful surprise for both the member and their spouse. It was a truly rewarding experience to know that our efforts helped make their special day even more memorable.
Something people don't see
Managing a home is very different from simply managing customers. It requires understanding each person’s needs, knowing what to communicate, and choosing the right way to communicate it. For me, clear and honest communication is key—we need to build trust with our members rather than being overly diplomatic.
Off the clock
My Sunday mornings are usually relaxed and enjoyable, often spent unwinding over a leisurely brunch.
