I worked as a Relationship Manager in food catering, serving MNC clients. What drew me to Pinch was the nature of the role itself — building genuine trust with a household and showing up for them consistently, not just completing tasks. The idea of being truly relied upon felt both exciting and meaningful.

I don't think of it as taking care of someone else's home — I think of it as taking care of my own. That shift in mindset changes everything about how you show up.

The determination not to give up. When things get complicated — and they often do — I stay in it. I keep pushing until the right outcome is reached, no matter what it takes.

A patron's wife was pregnant, and amid everything they were managing, he asked if I could help register them at a hospital. I didn't just make the call — I researched the best options for their situation, registered them, confirmed the details, and followed up to make sure everything was in order. Sometimes going a little further is the whole job.

The small things that hold everything together: the daily coordination, the conversations with staff, the morning check on what's pending before anyone has to ask. None of it is visible — but all of it matters.

A slow start, a hot cup of coffee, and catching up on whatever needs attention in my own life before the week begins again.
