I was completing my Master's in the UK while working as an Assistant Manager with Greene King — a hospitality group with over 2,500 venues across the country. That experience shaped how I think about service: at scale, under pressure, and across a wide range of guest expectations. It's a standard I carry into every household I work with.

Taking care of someone's home means creating a space where everything runs effortlessly and reflects their lifestyle. It's about handling the details — all of them — so they can truly relax. The goal is that they never have to follow up on anything.

Staying calm and solution-focused in any situation. I've learned that challenges are inevitable — what matters is that the client never feels them. I handle things quietly, efficiently, and without drama.

There was a situation that could have easily become a problem for a client if it had reached them. I noticed it early, handled it in the background, and they never knew it had happened. That's the moment I knew I was doing this right.

The constant planning, the small decisions made daily, and the invisible effort required to keep everything running smoothly. Most of the best work in this role goes completely unnoticed — and it should.
