My hospitality experience taught me to anticipate needs, take ownership, and pay attention to the little details. I bring the same approach to lifestyle management, creating thoughtful and effortless experiences.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked in the hospitality industry as a Duty Manager, where I learned that small details can make a big difference to someone’s experience. My role involved understanding people, anticipating their needs, managing unexpected situations, and finding the right solutions. Over time, I realised that I enjoyed the people-focused side of hospitality the most — building relationships and creating personalised experiences. This naturally led me towards lifestyle management, where the work is more personal and varied. Pinch felt like a natural next step, giving me the opportunity to bring my hospitality experience into a more meaningful and personalised role.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone’s home means caring for a space that is deeply personal to them. It’s about more than keeping things clean and organised; it’s about understanding their lifestyle and respecting the details that make their home feel special. I believe it requires ownership, treating the home with the same care as your own while respecting that it isn’t. My hospitality experience has taught me that great service is often quiet — anticipating needs, noticing small things, and making sure everything is taken care of.
My edge
I would say my biggest strength is anticipation. I naturally pay attention to the little details, including things that may not always be said directly. My hospitality experience taught me that behind every request, there is often an underlying need, and understanding that can make a real difference. For me, great service means staying one step ahead and making sure things are taken care of before they even need to be asked.
A moment that matters
During a guest’s check-in, they casually mentioned that they were celebrating their anniversary. Although they hadn’t asked for anything, I saw an opportunity to make their stay more special and coordinated with the housekeeping and F&B teams to arrange a small surprise in their room. Everything was prepared before they returned, and later they personally thanked me for remembering something they had only mentioned in passing. It reminded me that great service is not always about responding to requests, but about listening carefully and recognising opportunities to do something thoughtful.
Something people don't see
I think people often don’t realise how much planning, attention, and anticipation goes into making a home feel effortless. When everything is managed well, it happens quietly in the background and often goes unnoticed. For me, the goal is to ensure that everything is taken care of smoothly, so the person living there can feel comfortable without having to worry about what’s happening behind the scenes.
Off the clock
Honestly, my ideal Sunday starts with no alarm and a slow, relaxed morning. I enjoy listening to music, taking my time getting ready, and going out for breakfast or meeting friends. If I’m staying in, I’ll usually watch something and simply enjoy some quiet downtime. For me, Sundays are about finding a balance between doing things I enjoy and doing absolutely nothing — both are equally important.
