Once I take something on, I stay with it until it's done to the highest standard. Half-finished is not finished.

Before Pinch
I graduated from IHM Guwahati and began my career as a Butler at Taj Hotels & Resorts, serving VVIP guests and international delegates. I then moved into luxury co-living as a Senior Resident Manager, overseeing operations and the day-to-day lifestyle needs of residents. The blend of hospitality and operational management is exactly what drew me to the Lifestyle Manager role.
How I work
Taking care of someone's home means making their daily life easy and stress-free. For me, it's about trust — understanding their needs, managing everything smoothly, and ensuring the home runs exactly as it should without them having to think about it. I treat every home with the same responsibility I'd bring to my own.
My edge
A strong sense of ownership. Once I take something on, I stay fully committed until it's done to the highest standard. I don't feel settled with work that's only half-finished — and that consistency is what clients come to rely on.
A moment that matters
A patron was relocating to a new villa, and she was visibly stressed — furniture and appliances were being sourced from different cities and nothing was in place. I visited the villa every day to oversee the setup, coordinated deliveries, and ensured every new appliance was in order before she arrived. I also arranged a small welcome gesture — a cake and flowers. Seeing her walk in, relaxed and happy, made everything worth it.
Something people don't see
The amount of planning and coordination that happens before anything looks settled. When a home feels effortless, it's because a lot of effort is happening quietly in the background. That invisibility is the goal.
Off the clock
A slow morning with coffee and conversation — catching up with friends and family over calls. Even on days off, I stay lightly connected to check that everything is running smoothly for my households.
